The hotel has two choices of accommodation for guests. There is free parking and WiFi on-site, a gym, a luxurious spa, and two dining options.

The Monart is located just one and a half hours from Dublin Airport and they can provide airport transfers in a private executive car.

Accommodation – As mentioned already there are two choices of accommodation at the Monart. The 68 deluxe bedrooms come with a spa-style Italian bathroom, complete with fluffy bathrobes and slippers. The bedroom is large and spacious, and the beds are comfortable and relaxing with duck down duvets for ultimate comfort. Guests can choose from either a lake or woodland view and a balcony or terrace-type accommodation.

The two suites are located in the 18th century Georgian Monart House and the spacious bedroom is furnished with a four-poster bed. There is a relaxing lounge area and a stunning bathroom with a free-standing bath. These are ideal for a special occasion.

Dining – The Monart has two options for guests, fine dining in the Monart Restaurant or relaxed, casual dining in the Garden Lounge. Afternoon Tea is also available and is served in the 18th century Monart House. If you are taking advantage of the spa facilities, then the Spa Café can provide drinks and refreshments before or after your treatments.

The Harvey’s Bar & Terrace is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring where you can enjoy casual dining (from 12.30 to 9pm) or simply sip a cocktail while dipping your toes in the lake! Sunday Lunch is also available as is Afternoon Tea.

Things to do nearby – Harvey’s Point is located just 6km from Donegal Town, making it ideal for exploring the rugged Northwest of Ireland and points along the Wild Atlantic Way, including Malin Head, Slieve League and Glenveagh Castle and National Park. Dining – With an oceanside Michelin-starred restaurant, dining is at its finest at the Cliff House Hotel. The House Restaurant offers fine dining Tuesday to Saturday (except weeks with bank holidays), while the Bar Restaurant offers a more relaxed affair and is open daily from lunchtime. Overlooking one of my favourite places in Ireland, The Gap of Dunloe, this family-friendly hotel in County Kerry is one of the top luxury family hotels in Ireland. Set on its own 64-acre estate leading to the ruins of a 12th-century castle, The Dunloe is just 5km from the town of Killarney.

Guests can stay in one of the 102 bedrooms and suites and can avail of the hotel shuttle bus to venture into Killarney town. The Dunloe offers many free activities including horse riding, has an indoor swimming pool, fishing on the River Laune and a fairy trail and outdoor playground for those travelling with children. There is also a spa, leisure centre and tennis courts.

Accommodation – There are 79 well-appointed Garden Rooms, 29 Superior Rooms and 2 Suites. Each is spacious and well-decorated with fluffy bathrobes and slippers, and a large spacious balcony.

Dining – There are two dining options for guests at The Dunloe. The Grill Restaurant offers the best of international and Irish cuisine both during the day and for evening dining, while the Bar offers a bar menu during the afternoon.
